  • Fabulous location, warm and cosy accommodation with wonderful peat fire, great hosts who made us feel so welcome

Superb outside spaces, many of which are unique to the individual properties. Very dog friendly. Amazing owners Angela and Glen who made sure we had the best possible accommodation that was available. Cannot thank them enough! 😊

  • Spectacular place to stay

Little Pigs House is a spectacular place to stay. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it immensely. The accommodation appears as it does in the pictures. It is a cosy place and feels like a second home with it historical look. It was clean and everything was easy to use. There are laundry facilities which was great, as we were able to do laundry mid-way through our trip. The owners were very pleasant and helpful, they gave great recommendations for things to see while in Norther Ireland. I wish we could have spent more time there. We would definitely book here again if ever in Northern Ireland again

  • Gorgeous wee place

Gorgeous wee place, so authentically done up while retaining beautiful old features, perfect for a few days exploring the north coast of Antrim, we’ll be back!

  • Gorgeous

Thrilled to have found this little gem for our first visit to Northern Ireland . Was perfect . Beautifully restored .and well equipped for a self catering stay. Very easy going and friendly owners and near to all the local tourist attractions . We will return !

  • Perfect spot for exploring Northern Ireland

This place is just awesome. It is in such a beautiful area and the grounds are kept so nice. The buildings are charming. There was great communication when needed. It is in the perfect spot for exploring Northern Ireland. Only about 20 minutes or so from the major attractions.

  • Charming, quaint and wonderfully kept

Ned’s Loft was charming, quaint and wonderfully kept. It was a highlight staying here and is one of the few remaining limestone farm houses restored from the mid 1700’s with modern accommodations. We felt like we took a step back in history. Fresh linens and towels, comfortable bed and small kitchenette allowed us to make breakfast in the mornings before going out to explore. Carrick-a-rede rope bridge- 20 min; Dark Hedges- 10 min; Giant’s Causeway 25-30 min. Totally worth staying here and taking a nice drive out to the sights. We hope to return one day! Thanks Melanie and family for sharing your historical place.

  • Amazing stay at the long barn!

Amazing stay at the long barn! The place it’s self was a dream! The yards were amazing! The barn was fantastic, it was like being in a movie. It was also well stocked, and Jordon and his mother were charming and good at communicating. The location was excellent… within 5 minutes of the dark hedges, and 15 minutes of the causeway. We went to port rush for groceries about 30 minutes away. It was also awesome that the 7th annual international championship was held there! Cool little fact! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

  • Cosy in the Dark Horse House

We stayed late November during a storm! The accommodation was warm, comfortable and cosy. Six adults, a baby, toddler and large old dog stayed in the dark horse cottage with plenty of room for all the usual family stuff. The grounds were wonderful to wander in. Easy access to lovely north coast walks…particularly exhilarating in winter. Highly recommended. Armoy is just five minutes away and has everything you need.

  • We will be back

Perfect! The photos are accurate, the reality is even better. I was drawn in by the beauty and spaciousness of this listing as well as the charm of the place. Jordan helped find us an alternate selection, and a discount, since the place we originally requested was booked, and we were more than pleased. This place has a warm and comfortable feeling you cannot describe in words, and wandering the lane and the gardens was so peaceful. Even in the rain. There are public rooms for gathering, playing games, and DVDs to borrow and watch, we never did get around to that. We built a fire at night. Opened the drapes to the French doors in the private courtyard every morning and stood there drinking coffee in amazement of this land. There is plenty of privacy, and knowing they are a phone message away was reassuring. I highly recommend booking this place. It is my favourite in of all of Ireland. We will be back.

  • Another Fab Visit

Again another fab visit with my dog to Limepark. As I’ve previously stayed in the Little Pigs House and the Blacksmiths Cottage this time I stayed in Ned’s Loft as I’ve always wanted to stay there.
It’s a beautiful cottage with different levels and a roll top bath in the bathroom. Thought the bathroom there is a small sitting room with an open fire. There is a bigger sitting room downstairs with a church style window. The bed was lovely and comfy and can also be made into two single beds.
I love the gardens in Limepark – beautifully peaceful and lovely to sit in. There are plum trees and apple trees. The laneway beside the stables is green, mossy and has hydrangeas growing there.
Limepark is currently pet friendly which is great when you’re doing a staycation in Ireland. It’s 8 miles from Ballycastle, 3 miles from the Dark Hedges and close to Ballintoy Harbour and the Causeway Coast so loads to do!
Melanie and John are fantastic hosts and are only a phone call away or a knock on the door. I’ve been coming here for 7 years and they have turned Limepark into something very special.

  • Beautiful and Peaceful

Stayed in Poets Corner with friends for 6 nights Aug/Sept 2020 and we had a ball. The Cottage had everything that we needed on hand. if you had a problem the owners were on hand to sort it for you and left you to enjoy your stay.
The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, with lovely gardens and an orchard that you can walk around and pick the fruit. Limepark is ideally situated for exploring all the Antrim coast and beyond. Fantastic Stay would love to go back to Nothern Ireland and would stay here again.

  • Loved Poet’s Corner

My family stayed in Poets Cottage and we were delighted with the layout, decor and cleanliness of the property. We loved the closed in garden to let the dog out and the outdoor table and chairs were great to relax and enjoy the good weather. I had my elderly mum with me so this cottage was perfect as there were no stairs and her room had a large, bright en-suite suitable for her with handrails/shower seat etc. Easy access to Ballycastle and the Antrim coast attractions, would recommend and hope to return.

  • Warm & Cosy

Visited family who were staying here 10 years ago and always wanted to stay myself, so finally did! My fiancée and I spent two nights in Neds Loft and had a wonderful time! Cottage was warm and cosy with everything we could possibly need. Went out exploring the North Coast during the day and relaxed there in the evenings. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

  • Beautiful, peaceful and tranquil

Beautiful, peaceful, tranquil place, great to relax, the cottage itself was massive we stayed in blacksmith cottage which was clean tidy and had everything we needed. This cottage didn’t have its own private garden but straight out the back door and there was the massive communal garden, next door was the games room/bar which was handy for a game of pool or snooker and a small gym round the corner. Melanie and Jordan were great, they recommended places to go and see and eat, I highly recommend this place if youre looking a quiet place to stay in the north coast, we will definitely be back.

  • Destination stay

We stayed one night in the Long Barn. It is 2 bedroom 1 bath.
It is really a destination place, not just a place to sleep on a busy schedule.
North Ireland’s tourist’s areas are close by.
We rented a car for our week In Ireland so it was easy to get there.
    Very charming !!

  • Linda, June 2021

Just spent 3 days and 2 nights here for a wedding. It is the most special place. Cottages all so well set out and maintained with character in abundance. Location ideal for visiting the north coast. Beautiful countryside location but near enough to the village to get to the local shop if needed

  • Olly, July 2019

Our daughter had her wedding reception here in July. The venue was fantastic despite the poor weather. The wedding barn is beautiful and rustic. The art gallery was great for the drinks reception and coffee after the meal. (While the band were setting up). It was a beautiful and intimate venue and all the guests said they loved it. It was great because the immediate wedding party and families could all stay the night before and the wedding night in the cottages, which are all beautiful and individual, each with its own unique charm. We thoroughly enjoyed the venue and definitely hope to return again for a break in one of the beautiful cottages.

  • Caroline, July 2019

We stayed here as a family group for our son’s wedding. Everything was amazing, cottages magnificent so beautifully decorated and comfortable it was excellent. The kitchens were equipped with everything you could possibly need. Lounges were so restful and comfortable.
The wedding was in Limepark and was so well organised, everything went according to plan and the staff were superb being in control yet unseen.
This is a perfect wedding venue as we had a weekend of events. I would highly recommend it.

  • Gemma, June 2018

My sister had her wedding here in May 2018 It was beautiful. The cottages were gorgeous very high standard, I stayed the night before the wedding with her in one of them and then the wedding night we booked a different cottage. It was the most beautiful wedding. We will return to stay in the cottages again. All the cottages are equally beautiful and immaculate. All suited to different tastes.

  • Kate, October 2018

I got married in Limepark in July. The whole wedding party stayed the weekend and had a fabulous time. The venue and all the beautiful cottages are quirky, comfortable, chic and very romantic. Shelley is an amazing host and is such a lovely person, so helpful and nothing was too much bother. Limepark will forever be in our hearts and we can’t wait to return in the years to come.

  • Donna, September 2019

I picked Limepark for my wedding venue…and it was just amazing…a fabulous quirky place with the best hosts…thank you for making my day extra special and going the extra mile…accommodation was just out of this world!
