Accommodation and Events Manager (Home & Location based) – Part time

Profit share based + bonus’s (around £17,000 – £40,000 a year)


Job Summary

Limepark is a self-catering accommodation & events venue based in Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland. We provide 5* accommodation for guest from all over the world and a boutique venue for weddings and events.

We are looking for a new team member to work alongside the owners to manage all daily activities, which include:

Answering all events & accommodation communication via booking channels, email and phone.


  • Present the venue during on site viewings for event guests.
  • Obtain the required information to successfully quote back to the client.
  • Update and maintain records of all successful events enquiries in the enquiry system.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with regular clients and suppliers.
  • Manage in house team and 3rd parties maintenance staff.
  • Provide reports to staff
  • Promote & online marketing


The role can be partially home based for the most, however on site days will be required. You will have the ability to arrange your own schedule and meet clients as you please. This is a role with huge potential for growth.

The job requires a person who can manage their own schedule


Hours & Salary

Your working hours can be determined by you, as long as the required work is complete. However we expect all communications to be answered within a required time.

The salary is fully profit share plus bonus’s throughout the year. You will receive a share via accommodation bookings and all events.


Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

No previous experience required although a customer service background would be advantageous.

  • Must have a full driving licence and a means of transport
